## Prescription and Applicability

### FAR Prescription, 14.201-6(i)

(i) Insert the provision at 52.214-15, Period for Acceptance of Bids, in invitations for bids (IFB's) that are not issued on SF 33 or SF 1447 except IFB's-

(1) For construction work; or

(2) In which the government specifies a minimum acceptance period.

(2) Use the provisions at 252.215-7007, Notice of Intent to Resolicit, and 252.215-7008, Only One Offer, as prescribed at 215.371-6 and 215.408(3), respectively.

52.214-15 Period for Acceptance of Bids.

As prescribed in 14.201-6(i), insert the following provision:

Period for Acceptance of Bids (APR 1984)

In compliance with the solicitation, the bidder agrees, if this bid is accepted within __ calendar days (60 calendar days unless a different period is inserted by the bidder) from the date specified in the solicitation for receipt of bids, to furnish any or all items upon which prices are bid at the price set opposite each item, delivered at the designated point(s), within the time specified in the Schedule.
