Subcontract flowdown: The clause requires the contractor to include the substance of the clause, including paragraph (f), in all subcontracts at all tiers.

LOA extensions: Letters of Authorization may only be extended for personnel needed to execute the approved demobilization plan and may not exceed 30 calendar days after expiration of the current performance period. No additional compensation is authorized for extended LOAs.

Abandoned property: Lost, abandoned or unclaimed contractor equipment that comes into Government custody after the demobilization period may be disposed of under 10 U.S.C. section 2575. The contractor may still be liable for Government disposal costs even if it waives its interest in the property.
