2. Include clause 252.223-7998 in all contracts, task orders, delivery orders and blanket purchase agreement orders for acquisition of covered items awarded on or after April 1, 2023, including those using FAR part 12 procedures.

Duration: This deviation remains in effect until incorporated into the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement or otherwise rescinded.
