This memorandum rescinds Class Deviation 2021-O0001 and its Revision 1. Executive Order (EO) 13985 revoked EO 13950 on January 20, 2021. Contracting Officers must remove clause 252.222-7999 from all existing and new solicitations and contracts.

  1. Remove clause 252.222-7999 (DEVIATION 2021-O0001) (JAN 2021) and clause 252.222-7999 (DEVIATION 2021-O0001) (NOV 2020) from all existing contracts so neither version remains.
