- Apply clause 252.225-7967 to all contracts except those jointly determined by the Secretary of Defense and Secretary of State to be necessary for humanitarian assistance, vital to national security interests or pre-existing fossil fuel operations outside Russia; contracts related to U.S. consular offices and diplomatic posts in Russia; or contracts licensed by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the Department of the Treasury.
- Notify Defense Pricing and Contracting, Contract Policy at osd.pentagon.ousd-a-s.mbx.dpc-cp@mail.mil when entering a contract under an exception.
- Include a copy of the joint determination made by the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of State in the notification and in the contract file.
