Summary
Effective 2026-02-01, contracting officers must use the revised Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 52 published on the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) web page instead of the codified text at 48 CFR chapter 1. This deviation implements EO 14275, EO 14265 and the Office of Management and Budget Memorandum M-25-26 to streamline federal procurement.
