Summary

The deviation replaces FAR Part 26 and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Part 226, both covering Other Socioeconomic Programs, with revised versions under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). It implements E.O. 14275 and E.O. 14265, which direct removal of unnecessary FAR provisions and revision of supplemental regulations. The attached DFARS Part 226 and Procedures, Guidance, and Information (PGI) 226 replace the currently codified text.

Deviation Duration
This deviation remains in effect until rescinded or incorporated into the FAR, DFARS and PGI. No expiration date applies.
Demonstration Project Credit
