Summary

The deviation replaces Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 7 and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Part 207, Acquisition Planning. The deviation implements E.O. 14275 and E.O. 14265, which require removing unnecessary FAR and DFARS provisions.
