Summary
This deviation replaces Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 47 and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Part 247, both covering transportation. Contracting officers must use the revised FAR Part 47 from the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) web page and the attached DFARS Part 247 and Procedures, Guidance, and Information (PGI) 247 in lieu of codified text. The deviation implements E.O. 14275 and E.O. 14265 policies to streamline procurement regulations.
