(2) The NS-CMIC List includes entities currently identified in the non-specially designated nationals (SDN) Chinese military industrial complex companies list (NS-CMIC List), published in the Federal Register by the Department of the Treasury or on the website of the Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is accessible through the following page on OFAC's website: https://ofac.treasury.gov/.

(i) Contracting officers or requiring activity officials can access the latest changes to the NS-CMIC list that includes entities currently identified in the Non-SDN, NS-CMIC list, or for information on the Chinese military company list of prohibited entities at the Department of Treasury OFAC search tool website: https://ofac.treasury.gov/sanctions-list-service.
